Colour Variability and Approval Process:
- Colour Representation: We strive to accurately represent the colours of our caps on our website and cap designer. However, please note that digital colours may vary from the physical product due to differences in screen resolution. Attached sample photos, taken under both indoor and outdoor lighting, are provided for better colour accuracy.
- Approval of Samples: Upon reviewing the sample photos, if you have any concerns regarding the logo, fabric colouring, embroidery, or any other aspect, please contact us immediately, on 0448 439 282 to discuss your options. If you are satisfied with the samples, please respond with “APPROVE SAMPLES” to this email. By doing so, you also confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined at the bottom of the photos.
Manufacturing and Delivery:
- Timeline: The manufacturing time for our caps is approximately 8 – 10 weeks from the date of payment. Please note that manufacturing times may vary between different products and different times of the year.
- Expedited Orders: If you require your products sooner than the standard timeline, we may be able to offer an option to prioritize your order subject to an upfront fee. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, we will make every effort to expedite the process.
